secure server technology and 40 bit SSL encryption. We also do
not store your credit card information so there is no possibility
of accessing your personal information from our database.
The most popular browsers have an identifying icon that clearly
indicates whether or not you are in a secure environment. Secure
connections are only important when you are transmitting personal
and credit information.

Pre-orders
At Elitedisc.com you can reserve your copy of future releases by placing a pre-order prior to their release date. By placing a pre-order, you are guaranteed a copy of the title upon its release.
To place a pre-order, follow the same ordering process you would with in-stock merchandise. Once the title is released, we will charge your credit card and ship your order.

Returns/Exchanges
At elitedisc.com, we make every effort to ensure your satisfaction.
Please email customerservice@elitedisc.com to inquire about merchandise
that you need to return or exchange. DVD’s that come unseated
in transit are not considered faulty. Please do not return unseated
DVD’s for exchange.
We will ship a replacement DVD out to you at no charge to replace
the returned merchandise. We apologize, but we cannot reimburse
the expense of the return

How to Order
Ordering
Placing an order with elitedisc.com is easy. Enter the Shop Online
section of the site by clicking on the link in the left navigation
bar. Scroll through the pages of titles and when you find an
item that you wish to purchase, click on Add to Cart and the
item will be added to your shopping cart. You can also click
on More Info to learn more about the title and then add the item
to your cart from the More Info page.
Shopping Cart
Every time you add an item to your shopping cart, you will be
directed to your shopping cart. You may continue shopping or
if you have finished shopping, you can proceed to checkout once
you have reviewed the items in your shopping cart. To change
quantities, type the correct number in the "quantity" box
next to the appropriate item and click on Update Cart at the
bottom of the page. To delete an item, click on Remove next to
the appropriate item or enter "0" in the "quantity" box
and click on Update Cart at the bottom of the page.
Next, choose how you would like us to ship your order. The default
method of shipping is United States Postal Service. For an additional
charge you can upgrade to Federal Express Overnight. NOTE: For orders of more than 8 items, you will be prompted to request a custom shipping quote.
Your order total is summarized at the bottom right of the
page and will reflect the shipping charges, taxes and any promotional
discount you are entitled to.
Checkout
If you have never ordered from Elitedisc.com or registered with
us, you will have to provide registration information necessary
to process an order. If you have ordered or registered, please
ensure that you are logged in. You may update your shopping,
billing and shipping information by clicking on Edit Profile
in the shopping cart summary box. After you have reviewed your
order information click on Continue.
Credit Card Information
Review your order information and make any changes necessary.
At the bottom of the page, input your credit card information
and click Submit Order. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American
Express. We do not accept checks or money orders.

Manage Your Account
Login
You must be a registered user to place an order with elitedisc.com. Register
on any page of our website where it says Login or Register. Elitedisc.com registration
only requires the information necessary to complete your order and to update
you on its status. You may update your account information at any time by logging
into your account and then clicking on Edit Profile in the shopping cart.
Forgot Your Username or Password?
If you enter the wrong username or password, you will be directed to a login
page. You must make a login attempt to get to this page. Once on the login page,
you may either attempt an additional login or click on FORGOT YOUR USERNAME OR
PASSWORD. Enter your email address and click submit. An email will be sent to
you with your account information.
Order History
You can view your order history or search a current order status by clicking
on Order History in the shopping cart once you have logged in. Order History
will not appear in the shopping cart if you are not registered or have not logged
in. Once you are in the Order History section, you can search by Order ID, Order
Status, Date Range, or Orders through a specified date. After you select a search
method and click Search, a list of orders will appear in the window below. To
view the details of the order you can either click on the order number hyperlink,
or select the radio button next to the order and click the Go button next to
Details. You can elect to print an individual invoice by going into the order
detail and select Print Invoice or Print All on the Order History summary screen.

What is the difference between a Pre-Order and a Backorder?
Orders listed as Pre-Orders contain DVDs that are available for
purchase but have a release date some time in the future. Placing
a $5.00 deposit for an upcoming title guarantees that you will
receive the merchandise. Orders listed as Backorders contain
items that are not currently in-stock. At this time elitedisc.com
does not accept orders for backordered
items. If an item you wish to purchase is currently listed as
backordered, we recommend you try again in a minimum of 14 days.

(or higher). This is available as a free download at http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/

to view all the trailers. If you are still having problems, please

How long does it take to for my order to ship?
Orders placed Mon-Thurs
ship within 24 hours. Orders placed Fri-Sun ship next business
day.
• USPS is estimated at 2-8 business days.
• FedEx Priority Overnight – next business morning
